1) In case if the glasses do not fit properly or you have trouble with your lenses.

Send us an email to [email protected] with your order number within 14 days of your purchase. We will ensure a quick and easy exchange for your lenses with the new ones.

2) Can I order power glasses based on my prescription?

Yes, you can also buy custom-made glasses with power through our website. You can also order single vision, bifocal or progressive glasses. In order to do so, make a regular purchase of any lenses through our website. Thereafter, send an email to us at [email protected] with your order number, prescription and type of power glasses required (single vision, bifocal or progressive). Alternatively, you can also visit our offline stores for a more personalised service.

3) Can I buy only the frames?

Yes, you may buy just the frames from BonTonOpticians.com.

4) Can BonTonOpticians help to find my power?

Please visit our offline stores to find your eye power. You can also purchase your frames directly from those stores.

5) Is there a Quality assurance?

At BonTon Opticians, we are extremely serious about the quality of our products. We offer a 1 year warranty on all our glasses. Reach out to us at [email protected] and we would be happy to help in case you have come across any rare issues at your end.

6) What lenses will you use? I use thin, anti-glare lenses.

We understand that a pair of glasses is only as good as the lenses fitted in them. Most anti-glare lenses cost between Rs.1,500 - 2,000 at your local optician. At that price we give you robotically fitted, anti-glare lenses, with a 1.6 index which is ~35% thinner than market average. In addition we offer UV-400 protection on all our lenses, similar to what is provided in contact lenses across Europe and the USA.

7) How does BonTonOpticians determine which brands to stock?

All the brands sold on BonTonOpticians are chosen after carefully looking at their product quality, manufacturing processes, and customer service. Occasionally, there may be few brands which are available only through our offline or online channel but not both. The information about the same will be provided on our website.

8) How long does it take for me to get my glasses?

We try to deliver your orders as soon as possible. We dispatch the orders within a week to ten days of order confirmation (and receipt of your prescription, if needed). Our logistics partner take 2-5 business days to finally deliver the end product at your doorsteps. In case you are buying a standard product, without the prescription, you can expect the delivery to come even earlier.

9) What is your return policy?

We do not refund the money on sold product. However, we have a no questions asked exchange policy which entitles all our customers to return the product at the time of delivery if due to some reason they are not satisfied with the quality of the product.
